Aircon Leaking Water
Aircon Leaking Causes
Aircon leaking water is usually a sign of poor water circulation in your aircon system. Dust, dirt, or debris trapped along the drainage are usually the causes of the leak.
Recommendation
We recommend getting professional help to inspect and check the source of the leak. From experience, most of the leaks are usually due:
1- Poor Maintenance
- Chemical overhaul will be required to flush any dust & dirt that is trapped in the system. On top of that, our aircon technicians will chemical flush your aircon pipes to ensure that your pipes are clear and water flows smoothly.
2- Freezing Coil
- If you having been using your aircon on low fan speed, there is a high possibility that your fan coil might freeze. For such cases, we would recommend that you engage a professional aircon technician to check the root cause of the problem.
Aircon Not Cold
Aircon Not Cold Causes
Aircon not cold is a common problem faced by many homeowners. The common problems can be due to improper maintenance or low levels of aircon refrigerant in the system.
Recommendation

Aircon Causing Power Trip
Aircon Causing Power Trip Causes
As the aircon condenser/compressor is usually placed out of the home and exposed to rain, there may be a possibility that if the seals around the compressor start to wear after prolonged usage, water may sip into the compressor which may cause a power trip.
Recommendation
We would advise that you engage a professional aircon technician to inspect the site to find the root cause of your power trip. If the cause of the power trip was due to water sipping into the compressor, we would recommend re-sealing or replacing the entire compressor depending on the damage caused by the water.

David and his team of air-conditioning repairmen are most reliable, hardworking and dedicated to their work. Rates are reasonable and service is highly satisfactory.
