Aircon refrigerant is a gas that when used together with other components such as compressors and evaporators, can produce refrigeration or air conditioning. Without the aircon refrigerant, your aircon unit would merely circulate warm air.
As all aircon are circulating within a close system, the need for gas top-up is usually not necessary. There are many causes to the low refrigerant levels in your aircon system, which often require a trained aircon technician to inspect and identify the problem instead of blindly topping up the gas.

David and his team of air-conditioning repairmen are most reliable, hardworking and dedicated to their work. Rates are reasonable and service is highly satisfactory. David makes the effort to accept urgent requests unlike other established companies who usually say they are fully booked and cannot try to slot in an earlier appointment than the one booked previously. Yesterday I called David and his guys made it to my place today. Air con works like it should although it is 11 years old.
